Let TestVQ help you pass your Professional Cookery qualification!
TestVQ has practice tests available for Professional Cookery at level 2 and 3 which is recognised as being the preferred qualifications for someone working as a chef.
There are tests suitable for areas such as:

Patiserrie & Confectionery Chefs
Each TestVQ Professional Cookery test, matches the current 2005 People 1st units which makes them ideal for anyone working towards a food service qualification from:
City & Guilds
HAB (Hospitality Awarding Body)
SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority)
The content of the tests is similar to the knowledge requirements of other hospitality qualifications and students in other countries may also find the tests useful preparation for their own formal examinations.
There are at least 2 Professional Cookery tests for each topic area and you will be asked questions about 'How To' cook as well as questions about hygiene, health and safety and tools and equipment.
